Introducing Email Analytics

Advanced analytics to measure key metrics on your emailing campaigns

Email Analytics Hivebrite

Actionable insights about your users are key to a successful community management. Email analytics give you a powerful insight on the level of engagement of your members and allow you to take action. You may notice that some emails generate more interest (views / clicks) than others, and progressively adjust your communication strategy. You may also notice that some email addresses aren’t valid anymore (bounces).

By introducing a powerful email analytics feature, Hivebrite gives you even more control on your community. It also makes it easier for you to spot your most engaged members.

Accessing the email analytics of a campaign is very simple:

  1. Go to the Campaigns section of your admin panel
  2. Find the Campaign you would like to review and click on View Report
  3. That's it!

You can now track the open rate, click rate, bounce rate and more at several levels: for all campaigns (aggregated numbers), for a specific campaign or for any particular user. The cherry on the cake? Find out which links generate most clicks in each of your emails.

When released, this feature was an instant hit!

Hivebrite is a leading provider of branded community management platforms and helps all size institutions grow and engage their community - Feel free to request a demo if you would like to know more.
