The world is on pause. Every person on the planet is impacted by the current health crisis and the response from businesses and governments alike has been admirable. At Hivebrite, our number one focus (after health and safety, of course) is community. In the past month of confinement, we've been hard at work reviewing how our platform may be uniquely positioned to help during a pandemic. In-person events are transitioning online, communities worldwide are in need of fundraising now more than ever, and support and human connection is a necessary tool for sanity and survival during a time of unplanned isolation. As a team, we brainstormed to determine how our platform could make a difference in the lives of our community admins and members and identified two areas we feel can make a positive impact in the near-term.
